A must read: Charne, the host helped me at nr 99 when I was in dire straights. She immediately accompanied and settled me in without hesitation. Her professional phone etiquette and loving hospitality overwhelmed me with comfort, leaving me feeling at home. I changed rooms, bedding, and had plenty other discomforts thrown at her due to change of business daily, yet she made it look simple and easy to accommodate my needs and even requested I come back again. I've been to over 55 guesthouses all around USA, Europe and Africa and never have I come across this subtle and professional level of service, nor have I been treated with so much patience, professionalism and friendliness.
